Matt was so professional and very efficient. He did safety recall repair on our Brinkley RV. During the repair he identified a crack in our sidewall which Brinkley is repairing. We are so thankful he found it. We also had him replace a missing bathroom vent. He came over in the POURING rain to do the repair so we wouldn’t have any leaking issues. I could go on and on about what a Great Technician Matt is, if you need RV repair he is the person to call!

Schwintek Slide adjustment & water pump replacement. 2021 Tiffin Wayfarer LW
Matt answered my phone calls, emails & text promptly to do some initial troubleshooting & set up a repair time at my home owners RV storage lot. I've had lots of issues with the slide getting cocked & binding up to where it would not travel in or out. Matt trimmed the face molding on the inside portion of the slide that was rubbing, creating a bind that was putting the slide out of sync. Checked & found no other mechanical or electrical issues during his diagnosis. Matt swapped out the faulty water pump & found it to be working properly with no leaks upon completion. We've been RVing for 16 yrs. & this is the best experience we've had setting up a repair.

We met Matt by happy accident at a local campground. He was camping next to us. Sitting by his campfire he noticed a mouse run up our honeyhose and didn't run down. He pulled me aside, explained wht he saw, what the problem probably was, and even how to remedy it, and gave me his business card just in case.
Two weeks later we noticed our roof canvas was pulling up... bad news. I called Matt. Long story short... Matt came to us, pulled the canvas back and resealed the front 25% of the roof (manufacturer mistake). It's been perfect since.
I wouldn't hesitate to call Matt about anything. Great guy, very friendly, knowledgable and a very hard worker.
